Walk into any gym in India and the post-workout shaker is almost always whey. It's also, for a lot of people drinking it, the reason their stomach is unhappy an hour later. Coco Promix started from that contradiction.
Whey is a dairy protein, and a large share of Indian adults don't digest dairy well past childhood — that's not a diet trend, it's just how a lot of people's bodies work as they get older. So the "recovery" drink ends up causing the exact discomfort you're trying to recover from: bloating, gas, that heavy feeling that has nothing to do with how hard you trained.
Most people never connect the two. They assume protein powder is supposed to sit like that.
No dairy, no whey, no isolate. The protein comes from roasted gram, chia, flax, pumpkin seed, and sunflower seed — the same whole-food base as our original Promix — blended with real cocoa instead of a chocolate "flavour" system built out of syrups and gums.
Coco Promix isn't trying to be a meal replacement or a bulking shake. It's meant for the window right after training, when you want protein in your system without adding another thing for your gut to process.
That's also why we didn't load it with as many stimulants or additives as a typical "performance" blend — it's a recovery drink, not a pre-workout.
Coco Promix comes out of the same Kolkata production line as our original Promix, under the same certifications:
If you're after the Ayurvedic angle rather than the recovery-drink angle, our unflavoured Promix leans harder into that — ashwagandha, shatavari, and the rest. Different problem, same base ingredients.
